URegina Student Housing Information

1. Parking

If you require parking while on campus, it is paid parking for regular weekdays. Please let us know at if you will require a parking spot and provide the following info:
  • License Plate and Province
  • Make and model of your vehicle
  • First and Last Name
  • How many days of parking you require
We recommend parking in Lot 14. If you do not advise prior to your stay, parking passes can be purchased from any kiosk located inside most buildings on campus.

2. Dining on Campus

Meals will be provided during CNPN

If you require additional supplements: Food Service on campus has shifted to cashless. Please have a debit or credit card if using these outlets. Spring hours are in effect, which equates to certain locations being closed. With your stay being over the May Long Weekend, there may be additional closures to note. Luther College offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on weekdays–Brunch and Dinner on weekends. 

3. Laundry Services

In each residence tower there are laundry rooms for guest use. There is an app to download (which is free) or you can purchase a re-loadable card for $5. These cards (or app) can be loaded with credits and used for washing and drying. Each cycle costs $1.75. 

4. Check-in and out

Your room keys will be ready for you upon arrival and can be picked up from the Kisik Tower front desk. This desk is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. If you require assistance during your stay here, they will be your first point of contact. If you need to adjust either date, please reach out to our office and we will amend your stay dates. Our usual check-in time begins at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. If you need to adjust either of these times please let us know and we will advise if we can accommodate your request. 

5. Payment Process

Kindly reach out to Hospitality Services at 306.585.4788 and we will be happy to process your payment via credit card. If you would like to pay with debit, please visit our office in Wakpa Tower 110 during business hours (M – F 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM). 

6. Campus Map

See attached for University of Regina Campus map. The residence tower for your stay is Kisik. Nearest parking for these can be found in Lot 13 & 14. This building has a front desk open 24/7.
