CNPN Trainee Abstract Awards (aka CNPN Travel Awards)

CNPN is providing $500 travel awards for trainees to help offset travel expenses. To be considered for an award, please submit your abstract (in any abstract category). Submitting by the September 17, 2024 early registration deadline will give you the best odds at receiving a travel award!

Rising Star in Proteomics Award

We are excited to announce scientific society reciprocal travel awards, to support TRAVEL to the meeting, showcasing our Rising Stars in Proteomics and building connections across networks. These awardees are nominated by the partner organization (not CNPN). For CNPN 2024, we are pleased to highlight partnerships with:

  • US-HUPO (United States – Human Proteome Organization)
  • Comp-MS (Computational Mass Spectrometry Community of Special Interest)
  • InPPO (International Plant Proteomics Organization)
  • CNSP (Canadian Network of Scientific Platforms

MiP Awards

Moms in Proteomics (MiP) is generously providing $100 stipends open to trainees (undergrads, grads & post-docs) to attend CNPN. A requirement is that applicants must also attend the Vancouver Area Mass Spectrometry Discussion Group meeting on October 9th, 2024, with awards intended for Vancouver/BC attendees. To apply, submit your 500 word abstract to: vancouvermsgroup@gmail.com
